Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI)
SRI is a practice that uses breath, touch and movement to
awaken the rhythms in your body containing the truth about your past.
Often these wave-like rhythms are stifled and trapped in negative behavioral
patterns.
Using SRI you learn to relate to the language of your body as you connect with
the 12 distinctly different stages inherent in healing. Allowing your newfound
awareness to move you, you can more easily forge ahead in life with increased
participation in your healing process. SRI is a tool that can be learned and
is often taught by SRI facilitators and Network
Spinal Analysis (NSA) practitoners to enhance the effectiveness and speed
progress through the levels of NSA Care.
